Do I need Brand Registry to use these services? +

Brand Store and Premium A+ Content require Amazon Brand Registry. Standard A+ Content (EBC) also requires Brand Registry. Product gallery images (the 7 image slots on a listing) are available to all sellers regardless of registry status. We build whichever level your brand qualifies for.

Do you do the actual design work or just provide briefs? +

We produce the actual deliverables. Store layouts, A+ Content modules, finished EBC gallery images, image briefs for photographers, and video scripts. Everything is reviewed and approved by you before it goes live on Amazon.

What is the difference between A+ Content and Premium A+ Content? +

Standard A+ Content (also called EBC, Enhanced Brand Content) is available to all Brand Registry sellers and includes standard module layouts. Premium A+ Content is invitation-based and adds hero image carousels, video modules, interactive Q&m modules, and larger comparison charts. We build both, and we tell you which your listings qualify for.

Do you source the photography or just brief it? +

Both options are available. We produce the full creative brief specifying composition, lifestyle scenarios, infographic content, and shot lists. You can use the brief with your own photographer, or we can source a suitable product photographer from our network if you need.

How long does a Brand Store and A+ Content build take? +

Brand Store storefront: 2 to 3 weeks. Standard A+ Content for one ASIN: 5 to 7 business days. Premium A+ Content for one ASIN: 7 to 10 business days. EBC gallery image sets (all 7 slots): 5 to 7 business days per ASIN. Timeline depends on photography availability.
