"Just stand with your backs to that giant cactus and pretend you’re having a conversation,” says Ericka, lifting her camera towards us and clicking half a dozen times. At first I feel a bit silly being the subject of an Instagram photo shoot but everyone around here seems to be living a scene from their very own film anyway, cruising down the road in vintage Porsches or sipping chlorophyll water in Kreation juice bar.
